Thriller is a strange character who, with her seven worldly “seconds,” runs through this mysterious adventure series. Her “seconds” are cameraman Daniel Grove; a half-man, half-car creature, Data; a mysterious woman with many familiar faces, White Satin; a rifleman, Salvo; the first artificial man, Beaker Parish; an ex-actor whose appearance melts every 24 hours, Proxy; and a Honduran magician, Crackerjack. This 12-issue maxi-series has more than its share of bizarre twists, not the least of which is its two-issue Elvis spoof.
