Fantastic Voyages of Sindbad

Sinbad first appeared in the book 1001 Arabian Nights, which also featured the debut of Aladdin. Though there were numerous Sindbad (or Sinbad if you prefer) movies over the years (in particular, the three featuring stop-motion animation by Ray Harryhausen), and associated comic book adaptations (see Marvel Spotlight #25, Four Color #925 and Worlds Unknown #7 and 8), this series featured all new stories concerning Sindbad’s appropriately named voyages in which he encounters a great many fantastical creatures and villains while sailing on the seven seas.
