Just Imagine Stan Lee With Chris Bachalo Creating Catwoman

    (DC, 2002)
™ and ©2002 DC Comics

When super-model Joanie Jordan and her cat are struck by a mysterious bolt of green lightning, she gains many of the attributes of her feline pet, including super-human agility and razor-sharp claws. Before long, Joanie, in the guise of Catwoman, is leaping from rooftops and fighting hired thugs and their super-powered masters. But from the shadows, all her actions are carefully monitored by the enigmatic figure known only as Reverend Darrk.

The “Just Imagine…” series teams long-time Marvel Comics icon Stan Lee with various DC artists, to recreate many of DC’s most popular characters using only their names as a starting point. Although each book in the series, featuring Lee’s versions of characters such as Catwoman, Batman, Superman, Shazam, and Aquaman, stands alone, they are loosely tied together in a story-arc that culminates in Just Imagine Stan Lee With John Cassaday Creating Crisis.
