Logan returns to Rio de Janeiro to once more enjoy the wild Carnaval and let go from the troubles of the world for a while. Yet all is not well in the land of sun and fun- a series of murders is leaving bloodless corpses all over the town and only Logan and his friend Detective Vargas have a clue as to what may be happening. But a hungry vampire is only the tip of the problem.
