In this black-and-white fantasy series from writer/artist Zak Hennessey, a legendary savior named Lazarus is resurrected, much to his dismay, to protect the Children of the Risen and of the Re-Risen—who happen to live near the Coast of Tranquil Tears on the Paragos Penninsula—from the Lords of the Dead-Discordia, Thanatos, Phobos, Libitnia, Bellicosus, and the Nameless One. Not a bad piece of work; the artwork, which begins as fairly detailed, if a bit murky, gets sketchy toward the end, distracting a good bit from the story.
