Adventures into the Unknown (A+)

    (A+, 1990-1991)
™ and ©1990 Roger Broughton/Sword in Stone Productions

Adventures Into the Unknown was first published by ACG from 1948 to 1967. In 1990, A+ Comics purchased inventory stories from the defunct Charlton and American Comics Group, resurrected the name, and presented them along with new material in this anthology title of supernatural and science-fiction tales. Although the artwork by such renowned creators as Al Williamson, Frank Frazetta, and even some very early work by Mike Zeck, is more than sufficient, the stories are somewhat shallow and unsophisticated.
