Solus

    (CrossGen, 2003)
™ and ©2003 CrossGenerational Comics

An all-powerful cosmic entity, Solusandra, finds herself lost in an amnesiac fog and trapped in a virtual reality game in the form of the game’s heroine, Radiant, but not for long. As Solusandra escapes the VR game and begins to regain her memory, she sets out on a quest for lost shards of her power that manifest themselves as the Sigils that give certain denizens of the Crossgen universe their power. Written by Barbara Kesel (Ultragirl) and drawn by George Perez (Crisis on Infinite Earths), Solus crosses over with the other Sigil-inspired titles in the Crossgen stable, bringing Solusandra into contact with the casts of Brath, Meridian, Scion, and Mystic, among others. The variety of worlds, cultures, and characters that pass through this title make it ideal for Perez’s artistic gift for detail, but its connection to most of the other Crossgen titles makes it a bit impenetrable to those not “in the know.”
