Modeling with Millie

    (Marvel, 1963-1967)
™ and © Marvel Characters, Inc.

There’s nothing that really distinguishes this series from Marvel’s Millie the Model, A Date with Millie, Mad About Millie, and was the successor to Life With Millie. By this time, Millie had been redesigned to look less realistic and more like Archie’s characters. Despite the design, Millie as a series more closely resembled Archie’s Katy Keene due to Millie’s involvement with fashion modeling. Strangely, this series was discontinued in 1967 while many of the other Millie titles continued through 1973. Of course, Marvel’s super-hero lines were taking over and Modeling With Millie was soon replaced by a series focusing on Millie’s friend, Chili.
