With the never–ending war between the Autobots and Decepticons depleting the planet Cybertron’s energy reserves at an alarming rate, the leaders of both groups of Transformers reluctantly joined forces to create a new generation of much smaller, more energy–efficient warriors. The twist: the shape–shifting “young” robots were allowed time to develop their own personalities, and ultimately make their own decisions about which side they chose to fight for in the civil war.

The problem: disenchanted with the futility of a war they didn’t create, warriors from both sides decide to forget protocol and go AWOL. But as they head for their old stomping grounds, the dangers of the Wastelands soon has them longing for the familiarity and relative safety of military life!
