It looks like Love Hina. In fact, Negima! resembles Love Hina so closely that it can easily be mistaken for that series. Love Hina creator Ken Akamatsu plagiarizes himself with this copycat. But instead of living with a group of beautiful young girls, the protagonist in Negima! is the teacher: star Negi Springfield, a 10-years-old prodigy magician teaching English at an all–girls’ high school. Character designs are so strikingly similar to Love Hina that fans may think it’s a spin-off. However, the humor is not as fresh and, minus the tender romance behind Love Hina, the emotions don’t cut as deep.
