Little Audrey

    (Harvey, 1948-1957)
™ and © Harvey Comic Publications

Most people think that Little Audrey was created by and for Harvey Comics because of the longrunning Harveytoons on television, but Audrey had her origins at Paramount Picture’s Famous Studios cartoons and first appeared in comic books published by St. John. The title was quite successful for St. John, lasting for 24 issues before Harvey took the series over with issue #25.

Eventually, in 1957, Harvey purchased the rights to Little Audrey and cancelled this series and replaced it with a new comic book series called Playful Little Audrey.
