Fred the Possessed Flower

Imagine an after-life where Heaven and Hell are run like businesses by supreme beings with an eye on the bottom line. Further imagine that one day such entities as Cupid, the Boogieman, and the Tooth Fairy—represented here by three decidedly un-charming individuals—are part of a union, for sale to the highest bidder, who have just decided to go on strike. You would then understand a typical adventure for Fred the Possessed Flower, a selfish, wisecracking entity in a flowerpot. As right-hand, er, man to the Devil (”Louie,” a serpent) Fred is forced to take over in their roles and carry out all of the tasks each must perform every day. Much sarcasm and hilarity ensure as Fred gripes and wisecracks his way through each job.

Fairy tales are just one of the subjects skewered in Fred’s various humorous adventures, which traditionally feature both God and Satan. Created, written, and drawn by someone going by the name of Happy. Published in black-and-white by Happy Predator Comics.
