League of Justice

™ and ©1996 DC Comics, Inc.

League of Justice finds the heroes of the classic Justice League of America, recast in an Elseworlds universe of sorcery and magic. Aided by four modern-day teenagers, medieval counterparts of The Flash, Green Lantern, the Martian Manhunter, Batman, Wonder Woman, and other classic DC heroes oppose the evil sorcerer Liuthorr and his duped, adopted son, the Sovereign, a familiar figure in knight’s armor with a prominent red “S” emblazoned on his chest.

League of Justice is a story of epic proportions in which the teenagers are prompted by a mysterious, phantom Bird Lady to seek champions and make an alliance with a ambivalent hawk-people society. However, to finally thwart the machinations of Liuthorr they must become pivotal proxies for the heroes.
