Catwoman Plus

    (DC, 1997)
™ and ©1997 DC Comics

Catwoman, whose situational ethics have served her well in her own title, as well as making Batman’s life…interesting, graduates to a team-up title with Catwoman Plus. She’s compelled to aid ScreamQueen, of the freakish band Scare Tactics, as a favor to Arnold Burnsteel, the ring leader of that group and former compatriot of Fate. As luck would have it, Catwoman has snatched a magical lance from the chest of a sarcophagus that kept in check an ancient evil entity, Khatta-Khun. As the demon hunts for his blade, Catwoman needs the help of ScreamQueen, to whom this kind of situation is second nature.

Another story, “Wild Things,” ran through this and Impulse Plus, Superboy Plus, and Robin Plus, which also featured other members of the Scare Tactics team, in an effort to attract readers to that title.
