Reggie

Series continued from Archie’s Rival Reggie #14

Ok, so Archie had a book, Jughead had a book and Betty and Veronica had a book. Then why not Reggie? Originally touted as Archie’s Rival Reggie, Reggie became the name of the new title after an 11-year hiatus.

The new series was short-lived as it soon gave way to the long-running Reggie and Me moniker. Mostly forgotten in the issues of Archie published in the 21st Century, Reggie used to be a prime antagonist of the clean-cut American teen. Reggie’s lack of prominence in the current Archie series makes for rather bland reading compared to the issues of this classic-but-forgotten title.
