Star Wars: Tales From Mos Eisley

    (Dark Horse, 1996)
™ and ©1996 Lucasfilm Ltd.

“You’ll never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.” Those were the words Obi Wan Kenobi used to describe the spaceport town, Mos Eisley, where he and Luke Skywalker met Han Solo in the cantina in the first Star Wars movie. The inhabitants of this town were many and varied, with stories of their own just waiting to be told.

Those bar patrons have their moment in the sun in this Dark Horse title, which is only peripherally related to Star Wars. The saloon becomes a kind of campfire around which the customers weave their tales. Essentially a science-fiction anthology title, Tales of Mos Eisley provides an unlimited source for narratives of heroism, horror, and poignancy.
