In the future, criminals have turned to high technology to commit their dastardly deeds. The evil Dr. Kranial, for instance, supposedly makes construction robots. In reality, he designs automatons which can pull off bank jobs and destroy buildings. This made him a shoo-in when he tried out for The Big Boss’s criminal gang, which includes similar high-tech heavies.

To combat the rising crime wave, the police have turned to the Central Organization of Police Specialists. This group of highly talented hotshots resembles nothing so much as a police version of the G.I. Joes. The members each have special talents and equipment along with a colorful codenames like Bulletproof, Barricade, Sundown, Highway, Blitz, and Bullseye. This dedicated crew is more than a match for any bad guy.

COPS is adapted from a TV show and line of Hasbro toys.
