The Ship of Fools is manned by five renegades, of dubious mental state themselves, who see themselves as the erstwhile saviors of humanity. To the media, however, they are “Section 8: Martyrs without reason, villains with just cause.” They’ve also been blamed for the McKay slaughter in which 101,643 passengers and crew were systematically slaughtered. Only the five in question know the truth, however—and for this they are being hunted by the Jet Black Illuminati (JBI), an organization far more serious and sinister than the KGB ever dreamed of becoming.

An engaging mixture of humor, mayhem, and conspiracy theory, this Image series continues the little-known “Ship of Fools” mini-series from Caliber comics.
