Grant Morrison breathes new life into the Justice League in this acclaimed series. Since their first appearance as a team in The Brave and the Bold #28, the Justice League of America has been the premier group of super-heroes in DC’s stable. The team has been through many changes during the years, including a reorganization into several groups, including Justice League Europe, and a Justice League Task Force to handle more covert operations.

Legends, on their own—heroes like Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and others—have often recognized the need to band together against forces too powerful for any one super-hero to defeat. But although their names and costumes have been associated with the League for over thirty years, the current versions of these characters have never appeared together before, thanks to the continuity-altering effects of such series as Crisis On Infinite Earths and Zero Hour.
