This mini–series tells the continuing tale of the Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense, the agency for which, until recently, Hellboy was the go–to guy. Creator Mike Mignola writes this mini which focuses on the other members of the B.P.R.D. like Abe Sapien, Liz Sherman, and the ever popular Roger the Homonculus. When a plague of frogmen start spreading their doom and gloom across the US and Canada, only the B.P.R.D. has the means to stop them. Too bad they’re short–staffed, under funded, and moving to a mysterious new headquarters in the middle of the Colorado Rockies! With the continuing pencils of the talented Guy Davis (Sandman Mystery Theatre) and the scripts of John Arcudi (Aquaman), this is another sure-fire classic in the Hellboy mythos.
