In this story, set in a post-apocalyptic future roughly one hundred years from now, the world is suffering from the effects of the manmade War Spore virus. Slowly wiping out all of mankind, the War Spore has become the plague of the 22nd Century.

This series introduces us to Itto, a deadly android charged with the task of protecting Daisy, the young daughter of a murdered scientist who had been working on a cure for the deadly War Spore. Now framed for the scientist’s murder, and hunted across the wastelands, it’s up to Itto to keep Daisy safe long enough to discover the secret she holds.

This reinterpretation of the classic Lone Wolf & Club series by Kazuo Koike and Goseki Kojima successfully pays homage to the original tale, while skillfully carving out a niche of its own.
