Series continued from Rampaging Hulk (Magazine) #9

This over-sized comic, which began as the Rampaging Hulk, started out in color, switched to partial black-and-white with #24 and gave up on color entirely in the final two issues. The magazine offered several stories in each issue, and also featured columns and articles, including interviews with the stars from the Hulk TV show. It was also noted for backup stories starring fan-favorites Dominic Fortune and Moon Knight.

Most of the stories seen here are less the “Hulk smash!” type found in the long-running Incredible Hulk comic, instead showing the more sensitive, “human” side of the character. Many of the stories deal with significant social issues, including bigotry, cults, and mental retardation.

The magazine also features some of the best writers and artists in the business at the time, including Gene Colan, Alfredo Alcala, John Buscema, and Howard Chaykin.
