Writer John Wagner returns for the adaptation of the second film, City of Angels, illustrated by Dean Ormston. It’s very much a re-run of the original, even down to the villain managing to find a way to make The Crow mortal for the final showdown. Ormston’s artwork owes much to Ted McKeever, but doesn’t really impress.
