Submarine Attack

    (Charlton, 1958-1966)
™ and ©1964 Charlton Publications, Inc.
Numbering continued from Speed Demons.

Submarine Attack is a comic devoted to the excitement of underwater combat. Each issue features three action-packed tales of submarines, frogmen and naval adventures, with no main characters and no continuing features. Like all war comics from the late 50s-early 60s era, Submarine Attack sticks mostly to World War II as its subject matter. The villains are imperious Germans or scheming Japanese, and the winners are always the brave American servicemen who risk their lives under the waves.
