Abbott and Costello: The Classic Comics

    (Eternity, 1989)
™ and © Eternity Comics, a division of Malibu Graphics, Inc.

The legendary comedy team of Bud Abbott and Lou Costello who made films from 1940-1956 appeared in a couple of comic book series: one from St. John during their heyday and one during the 60s when Hanna-Barbera animated the duo years after Costello’s untimely death in 1959. This graphic novel compilation takes stories from that earlier series with black and white reprints drawn by the incomparable Mort Drucker of Mad Magazine fame. No match for watching one of their classic movies, but great for fans nonetheless.
