When the classic Flintstones cartoon spawned a series featuring the characters as children televised throughout the 1980s, Marvel was ready with this anthology of shorts continuing the gang’s adventures.

Among several pun filled offerings are Fred and Barney’s adventures of getting lost and found in a national park and Fred’s chaotic attempt to baby-sit his nephew so he can earn money to buy a record. Also hear how Barney’s admission of love for Betty allowed her to secure a spot on the cheerleading squad, despite the low-down tricks of a jealous rival.
