Sensation Comics (2nd Series)

In the spring of 1999, DC released a series of retro style comics that brings back titles and heroes from the Golden Age. The artists and writers are new, but the heroes are just as they were way back then. What are they up against? They are fighting to stop Stalker, a god gone insane. Stalker proposes to end war…by ending all life as we know it. To accomplish this, he has created seven avatars to do his bidding. The Justice Society of America has fourteen members, so they divide up into teams of two to round up the avatars before they attack Stalker himself.

Sensation Comics follows the team-up of Hawkgirl and Wonder Woman. Watch as they battle a one-thousand-foot-tall giant made entirely of water. After its defeat, they are met by Dr. Occult who reminds them that the battle has only begun.
