Batman: Hush

    (DC, 2003-2005)
™ and © 2003 DC Comics

Beginning with the meticulously planned kidnapping of a young boy by Killer Croc, Batman becomes embroiled in an increasingly complex series of events that will involve many of his major foes and one of his strongest allies. Jeph Loeb (Batman: The Long Halloween, Superman for All Seasons) teams with Jim Lee (X-Men, W.I.L.D.Cats) to create a truly memorable tale that reveals heretofore unknown details of Bruce Wayne’s childhood.

Other aspects of this story that make it significant are the advancement of the relationship between Batman and Catwoman, Jim Lee’s magnificent interpretation of the Batman cast and even an impressive use of Krypto.

This collection, which gathers the first five issues (Batman #608-612) of this yearlong story under one cover, also includes the original covers as well as a previously unpublished two-page recap of Batman’s origin.
