A thief who falls in with a bad crowd of Elvis impersonators must reclaim a stolen tape and convince a cop he’s really a good guy at heart in this rambling tale with too many digressions and not enough core story. Still, it does have the flow of real life randomness, so it’s possible the pacing is deliberate. And while too many of the characters wear the same faces but different clothes, the art isn’t bad.F.
