Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Origin

Once in every generation, a Slayer is born. A young girl is raised and trained to hunt the blood-sucking vampires around us. This series tells the origin of this generation’s Slayer.

Buffy Summers is just another cheerleader at Sunnydale High, hanging out with friends, studying, and watching movies, until the day Merrick appears. He explains the strange dreams she has been having; dreams of a Magyar peasant, an Indian princess, and a prostitute in China. In every dream, the girls are fighting monsters. They, too, were Slayers.

Merrick could not find Buffy for many years. She’s completely untrained, but time is short. Victims with extensive neck wounds are being discovered, and now, they’re rising from the dead. Buffy the Vampire Slayer is all that stands between the vampires and helpless humanity.
