This excellent three-parter from writer/artist Bob Hall (Armed and Dangerous) examines our American obsession with the public airing of dirty laundry, but is the Joker’s rehabilitation everything it’s cracked up to be? Batman doesn’t think so, and he stands ready to bring the Clown Prince of Crime down when the time is right. Of course, the question remains: which is the greater threat to unsuspecting populace—psychos like the Joker or TV producers?
