This black-and-white title from Eternity stars a group of Manga-inspired protagonists dubbed “the World’s Bestest Super-Hero Team.” The central figure here is the diminutive Chuckles, who—as this series begins—struggles with the greatest challenge of all: a date! An event that find him getting dressed and coiffed some twelve hours in advance. Ah, but what alleged super-hero series would be complete without a villain? That’s why the creators of this fair-to-middlin’ effort offer up the deadly Whoop-a-san in this parody of such 1980s stalwarts as the X-Men and the Dark Knight.
