This issue is part of the planet-spanning summer crossover, Our Worlds at War, in which the DC Universe super-heroes must face the would-be world conqueror known as Imperiex.

In this “All-Out War” issue, Barbara Gordon, the woman known as Oracle, must travel back in time to stop a computer virus which surfaced at the same time Imperiex made his appearance.

The virus, which apparently comes from the future, is determined to kill Oracle. Luckily, she’ll be accompanied on her time travels by Nightwing, as they face prohibition-era gangsters, primeval caveman, and rampaging dinosaurs. Can Nightwing and Oracle stay one step ahead of the virus?
