Prince Valiant Monthly is Pioneer's second series of Prince Valiant comic strip reprints, published in 1989. In addition to strips from John Cullen Murphy’s run on Hal Foster's strip, this anthology title includes reprints of other popular comic strips, including Mandrake the Magician, Rip Kirby, Secret Agent, and Johnny Hazard. For the first two issues, the indicia reads The Official Prince Valiant Monthly; thereafter, it is simply Prince Valiant Monthly, as on the covers.
