Possibleman
(Blackthorne, 1987)
™ and ©1987 Blackthorne Publishing Inc.
Harassed by his mother for his slacking ways, big-nosed Dexter Smeal spends most of his days reading the comic book adventures of his favorite hero, the Freckled Scorpion. To his mother, and the rest of the world, Dexter appears to be a nobody.
But in reality he’s a first class, grade “A” super-hero, because when Dexter blows his nose, if the laws of probability are with him, he becomes the most improbable of all super-heroes, Possibleman!
Of course, if the laws of probability are not with him, he can become a giant fly, a middle-aged cleaning lady, or anything else, and have to run for his life. But he still must somehow find the courage to face down threats such as the greedy Oleo K. Pulpspoon and his bubbling Tapioca Terror, which threatens to bury the town of Squatsburg in a disgusting tidal wave of the nasty pudding.
