In the far-flung future, when the robotic Curator of the Museum of Fantastic Phenomena needs an object from the past, he calls on his top Vector Agents: the bespectacled Victor and his talking canine companion, Yondo.

Whether pursuing Nero’s hypnotic harp, or retrieving the last dinosaur egg, Victor and his St. Bernard will find themselves in competition with the beautiful but devious Delta Mode.

However, when hostile extraterrestrials invade the future, Victor, Yondo, and Delta will have to join forces to locate the teleforce ray created by Nikola Tesla in the past. Can they work together in order to save the future?
