This series is set in the not-too-distant future. Libby Ellis is a government agent who handles messy situations that involve procurement and deliveries. She longs to go freelance so that she can choose the jobs that she wants. However, it seems impossible because her vintage Harley Davidson motorcycle is kept up by the government. They supply her with parts and equipment to keep it running.

Needless to say, she is ecstatic when she meets a motorcycle mechanic named Jon who agrees to travel with her in exchange for a Harley of his own. This agreement entitles Libby to pick and choose jobs and make a lot of money, which the two partners love to spend.

Libby Ellis was a four-issue black-and-white series by Norm Dwyer and Dennis Pimple. It was released in 1987 by Malibu Comics.
