Trouble Magnet

Sometimes trouble occurs where you least expect it. And when you‘re an intelligent, capable, and well-intentioned robot, working with a scientific research team casually known as “Trouble Shooters” on their various adventures, rarely do you get a moment‘s peace. Especially when you‘re Witlock the Robot, a heroic media figure whose various exploits include salvaging a lunar expedition. Of course, such heroism also gives rise to enemies, including a jealous rival scientist, Doctor Chambers, who feels Witlock‘s glory should rightly be his, and other mysterious enemies who want to steal the robot‘s very mind. Joined by mechanic Gwen Miles and pilot Herkimer Mohawk, Witlock muddles on through adventures that rarely allow him to catch his, er, breath.

This lighthearted action/adventure mini-series has drama and some good dry humor, both in the writing of Ryder Windham and the punchy art of Kilian Plunkett. Published by DC Comics.
