Supernatural Thrillers

    (Marvel, 1972-1975)
™ and ©1972 Marvel Entertainment Group

One of Marvel’s lesser-known monster mags, Supernatural Thrillers featured everything from the Headless Horseman to gigantic worms before it finally found a star of sorts with the Living Mummy.

The Living Mummy was really N’Kantu, a warrior-king who had been mummified and buried alive. Awaking some 3,000 years later, he finds his skin transformed through the mummifying chemicals into steel-hard consistency. He would then battle a number of supernatural foes in a search for his lost humanity.
