Oh My Goddess! Part III

One must look carefully at the indicia to this third series in order to determine that it’s actually a series in its own right, not just a series of “special editions” as the covers proclaim. Part III of Oh My Goddess! continues the humorous, star-crossed adventures of Keiichi and his live-in goddesses in a series of individually named stories.

In issue #2’s “Love Potion Number Nine,” for example, the evil goddess Urd cooks up a potion that will make the user fall in love with just about anyone. But the experiment backfires when she accidentally swallows it herself. Keiichi and the goddess Belldandy spend the rest of the time trying to keep Urd out of trouble as she falls in love with every man she sees. She even tries to come on to a married man right in front of his wife. This, needless to say, does not bode well for that gentleman’s night.
