This is the official adaptation of the Golden Harvest movie of the same name.

Raphael, Michaelangelo, Leonardo, and Donatello go back in time to feudal Japan in order to rescue their friend, April O’Neil, from certain death. Mistaken for demons, the four save a village and all their new friends from the insidious war plans of Captain Walker.

While not the best of Turtle stories in the way of story and art, this one shot does faithfully capture the story and feel of the motion picture. Another addition to the TMNT universe of animated series, live action movies, and at least three different comic book types.
