Hybrids (2nd Series)

    (Continuity, 1994)
™ and ©1994 Continuity Publishing, Inc.

Seven teenagers were cloned from DNA strands of a human and an alien giving them abilities that match the best of both races. These Hybrids also developed a psychic bond which ties them together. The seven teenagers are Mite, an insectile woman; Hyperion, a golden-haired man who can fly and channel solar power; Shealth, the group’s “loner”; Gymcrack, a sorcerer; Cyclone, who possesses wind powers; Spanng, a woman whose body is linked with computer technology; and Horror, a being who is animal-like both in appearance and in fighting ferocity.

This second series kicked off with the Hybrids battling the hordes of Cigam K’Calb (read: “Black Magic”) in the Rise of Magic crossover series. This was to be Continuity’s second mega-crossover, following Deathwatch 2000. Unfortunately, the company hit hard financial times and the series was never completed.
