PACT (Progressive Allied Canadian Technologies) created the UniBand and didn’t know what it could do other than kill the person it was designed for. Phillip Wise had similar brain patterns and so was chosen to use the device, but Phillip had a history of reading comic books and this seemed the perfect opportunity to create Canada’s first real super-hero.

Edward Holman, The Steel Chameleon, is trying to figure out who kidnapped the young man helping him solve a murder mystery dealing with PACT. That young man, Phillip Wise, has been captured by a group of fanatics, who are not amused with heathen Satanic super-heroes out to spread communism.

Picking up where the Northguard story left off in New Triumph, Mark Shainblum and Gabriel Morrissette have continued their quest and creation of a realistic super-hero.
