This series of digest-sized books reprinted classic stories of Donald Duck, his nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie as well as his Uncle Scrooge McDuck and the entire Disney menagerie. Although the value of this reprint digest has increased from its original 50-cent price, many of these stories originally appeared in Four Color Comics and acquiring them would be cost prohibitive. The legendary duck artist Carl Barks was well represented in these stories.

The reduced size is mitigated somewhat by being able to read four well crafted, well-drawn timeless stories under one cover.
