Based on the popular video game of the same name, this comic details the jet-packed adventures of the title character, Tom Cory, (also known as Rocket Ranger) as he fights to end the ever-expanding grasp of the Third Reich. From the battlefields of Eastern Europe to the Nazi “lunarium mines” on the surface of the moon, Rocket Ranger epitomizes the feel of campy 1940s movie serials from which the video game was originally inspired. Enthusiasts of the original video game as well as fans of the similarly themed comic book and subsequent motion picture, the Rocketeer, will love this comic’s often B-movie tone.
