The beauty of comicdom is that anyone with a little bit of talent, an idea and a whole lot of patience can publish his or her own book. Case in point: Excalibur Graphics and its flagship title Neo. While introducing nothing new to the world of comics, the black and white, two-story publication is a testament to publishers with the courage to follow their dreams.

Sanction 7 is the book’s primary feature. Best compared to the Legion of Super-Heroes, the story set in Earth’s distant, post-apocalyptic future tells the tale of humanity’s survivors, struggling to repopulate a “terra formed” Mars. Protecting them from the Milky Way’s other sentient races is Sanction 7—an elite group of trained and super-powered humans who will stop at nothing to protect their species. Power Unlimited is Neo’s backup story—a story that demonstrates how an ordinary man under unordinary circumstances can become a hero.
