Axel Pressbutton was one of the first titles published by independent Eclipse Comics. It reprinted material from the British magazine Warrior, bringing it to U.S. readers for the first time. Each month featured a collection of short stories and serials, highlighted by the adventures of cyborg fighter/florist Axel Pressbutton and the beautiful but deadly Mysta Mystralis: Laser Eraser.

This title’s stories were created by some of the top talent in the field, including such legends as Alan Moore, Dave Gibbons, and John Bolton.
