Just who are the Harvey Wiseguys? Why, Spooky, Hot Stuff, Reggie Van Dough and many f the other mischievous types cobbled from the pages of old Harvey Comics in order to present a “themed” digest of sorts, of course!

An fairly ingenious idea for the publisher and a different concept for those tired of the typical “goody-goody” quality of most Harvey Comics characters. Unfortunately, this title didn’t last very long, but these are worthy items for fans who are tired of the same old retreads of Casper and Richie Rich.
