Glorianna

    (J. Kevin Carrier, 1996)
™ and ©1996 Daniel Nauenberg and J. Kevin Carrier

A woman after Conan the Barbarian’s own heart, Glorianna is a mercenary warrior who has tired of her lifestyle and decides to take on regular work as a bodyguard to the Princess Nemi, the spoiled future Queen of Calyz. The muscle-bound and scantily clad Glorianna is expecting an easy time of it, but Nemi’s desire to sneak out of the castle and attend a festival leads to far more danger than either princess or bodyguard expected. Before they know it, they’re at the mercy of an evil brotherhood of villains determined to overthrow the monarchy. Throw in a giant scorpion menace and a noble warrior with romantic designs on our heroine, and you’ve got this sword and sorcery yarn.
