Rosetta 2: A Comics Anthology

™ and © 2004 respective creators

This anthology of short stories, comic strips and comic stories runs the gamut of styles and formats with no logical cohesion. It is a really mixed bag and does well in showing the vast possibilities one can achieve with art and writing, with examples from creators from around the globe. A strong favorite is “New York Cartoonist Mugged” about a man who gets trapped in the funny pages of a local newspaper, appearing in every comic strip and feature with parodies of strips like Blondie, Dilbert, Cathy and Family Circus, among others. A varied anthology with many different styles for many different tastes.
